UCSF Human Performance Center
The UCSF Human Performance Center is a research laboratory at Mission Bay that also opens its testing to the public. It publishes VO2 max, blood lactate profile, Wingate anaerobic, RMR and body composition assessments by name, each with its own appointment length. The RunSafe running evaluation brings a biomechanist, a physical therapist and a dietitian together in a single two-hour visit.

About this profile
Everything on this page is what the clinic publishes about itself, gathered from the pages linked below and put in one place, in plain English. Where a fact comes from somewhere else, it is named beside that fact.
