The ground rules for using this site. Short, and written to be read.

What this site is

LongevityClinicsHub is an independent directory and editorial guide to longevity clinics. We research clinics, publish what we find, and explain the category so you can choose care with clear eyes. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, the fix is simple: do not use the site.

"We" and "us" means LongevityClinicsHub [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name once formed].

This is not medical advice

Everything here, including clinic profiles, comparisons, evidence tiers and Learn articles, is information for research and orientation. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and reading it does not create a doctor-patient relationship with us or with anyone. Decisions about your health belong with you and a licensed clinician who knows you. If something feels urgent, contact your doctor or emergency services, not a website.

We list clinics. We do not endorse them

A clinic appearing here is not a recommendation, and its absence is not a judgment. Our evidence tiers describe published research on a type of service, not the quality of any clinic's care. The Verified badge means we checked specific facts, such as the address, a named physician and a current license, on a stated date. It is never a statement that a clinic is good, safe or right for you, and it is never sold.

Accuracy, dates and corrections

We work hard to publish only what we can source, and we say where facts came from and when we last checked them. Clinics change staff, services, hours and addresses without telling us, so treat every fact as accurate as of its stated date, not as a live feed. Prices change often, so confirm cost directly with the clinic. If you spot an error, use the correction pathway on our editorial policy page and we will fix what we can verify.

Paid placement

Some clinics pay for a plan. Clinics on a paid plan are listed above clinics on a free profile, and Gold clinics appear first in a spot labeled Sponsored. Payment never changes what we write about a clinic, our editorial assessments, evidence tiers, or whether we publish a factual gap. Our editorial policy explains how we order clinics.

Other people's websites

Clinic profiles link to clinics' own sites and booking pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say, sell or collect. Once you leave, their terms and privacy policies apply, not ours.

Our content

The writing, structure, comparisons and data presentation on this site are ours. You are welcome to read, share links, and quote reasonably with credit. You may not copy the directory at scale, scrape it into a competing product, or republish our editorial content as your own.

Content a clinic gives us

When you claim a clinic, you confirm that you work for it or are allowed to act for it, and that you may manage its profile. You are responsible for what you add or change there, and for keeping it accurate.

A clinic that claims its profile can edit some details and upload photographs. Claiming a profile and uploading a photograph both mean: “I confirm the clinic owns or holds a licence to this image, including the right to show any person in it, and grants LongevityClinicsHub a non-exclusive licence to display it.” This is asked once, when you claim the profile, not again for every photo. You keep ownership. You can replace or remove an image at any time from your dashboard, and we keep the previous file for thirty days so a change can be undone.

What a clinic writes about itself is shown as the clinic’s own words, under its own heading, separate from our research. We do not check it for accuracy before it appears, and we can remove anything that breaks these terms.

Copyright and DMCA

We respect copyright and we expect the clinics who upload to this site to do the same. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, tell us and we will act on it.

Send a notice that includes:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• what work you say has been infringed;
• the URL on this site where the material appears, precisely enough for us to find it;
• how to reach you: address, telephone and email;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.

We remove or disable material that is the subject of a valid notice, and we tell whoever uploaded it. They may send a counter-notice; if they do, we may restore the material unless the complainant files a court action. An account that repeatedly infringes is closed.

Using the site fairly

Do not use this site to harass a clinic or clinician, misrepresent what we have published, probe or disrupt the service, or submit information you know to be false. If we ever accept reviews, submitting one means you confirm it is truthful and yours to give.

Limits on our liability

We provide this site as it is, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on the site, for errors or omissions in listings, for the acts of any clinic, or for indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law permits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law
