About

Editorial policy

You are about to spend real money on your health. This page tells you where everything on this site comes from, so you can judge how much weight to give it.

We are independent, and nothing here is for sale

No clinic pays to be listed, and no clinic can pay to rank higher, to be described more warmly, or to have an unflattering fact removed. Anyone can suggest a clinic, and a clinic can ask to be evaluated, both free of charge. If a clinic qualifies, its basic listing is free whether it ever pays us anything or not.

We do intend to sell things to clinics later: tools for managing a profile, richer presentation, analytics, and placement that is clearly labelled as promotion wherever it appears. None of that changes whether a clinic is listed or what we publish about it. If you ever see a promoted listing on this site, it will say so on its face.

Which clinics are listed

A clinic is listed if it has a licensed physician or a named supervising physician, and offers at least two of the core services this field is built on. We do not list IV drip bars, hormone-only shops, aesthetics-first practices, gyms, supplement retailers or testing businesses with no clinical oversight. A business branded for a city it does not actually operate in is not a clinic in that city.

Where the facts come from

Almost everything on a clinic page is what that clinic publishes about itself, read from its own pages. Where a fact comes from somewhere else, the page names that source. For the people who work at a clinic, we also check what public records say: state medical boards for licences, board registries for certifications, health-system directories for current roles.

We confirm, and we say who said it. We never fill a gap with a guess. Where sources disagree about a person, we publish what their clinic publishes rather than telling you their own employer has it wrong.

What we do when something is missing

Roughly half the clinics we have researched publish no prices at all. That is one of the most common frustrations people have with this category, so we print it rather than leaving a blank. The same goes for a clinic that names no supervising physician, or does not say whether it bills insurance. A missing fact is a fact, and hiding it would make the page look tidier and be worth less to you.

What we will not do is describe how hard we looked. If a price is not published, the page says the price is not published, and stops there.

Services we have doubts about

Some clinics with genuinely strong diagnostics also sell treatments the evidence does not support. We list those clinics, and we describe those services in language that attributes the claim to whoever is selling it. Leaving the clinic out would not protect you, because you would find it anyway with less context than we can give you.

Where we make a judgement about how well established a kind of test is, we make it about the test, on our own guide pages, and we say the judgement is ours. We do not rate clinics, and you will not find a score or a star rating anywhere on this site.

Our guides

The articles under Learn cite government health bodies, professional societies and peer-reviewed research, and nothing else. No clinic pages, no vendor material, no other directories. The guides that make a claim about a test end with the sources behind it, so you can go and read them. A claim we cannot trace to one of those sources is either cut or explicitly flagged as uncertain.

This is not medical advice

Everything here is for research and orientation. It is not a diagnosis, not a recommendation, and no substitute for a conversation with a clinician who knows your history. Where we note that credentials were checked, that means checked on a stated date, not an endorsement of the care you will receive.

If something on this site is wrong

Tell us and we will fix it. If you work at a clinic we have listed, write to hello@longevityclinicshub.com with the page and the correction. Point us at the page on your own site that shows the right answer and the change is usually quick. If you would rather not be listed at all, say so in the same email.

Readers can use the same address. We would rather hear about an error from you than leave it up.
