How we research this site
Your health matters, and so does knowing where information comes from. Here’s how we put each page together.
How we find clinics
We find clinics ourselves and read what each one shares about its care: its services, its team and its programs. Clinics can also claim their profile to update their own description and details.
Which clinics we include
We focus on clinics led by licensed doctors or trained clinical staff, offering care aimed at long-term health, like advanced testing, imaging, fitness tests or prevention programs. Places centered on IV drips, beauty treatments, supplements or gyms are outside what we cover.
Where the facts come from
Most details come from the clinic’s own website. When something comes from somewhere else, we say where. We also check doctors’ licenses against public records. If a clinic doesn’t share something, like its hours, we say so instead of guessing.
Prices and Sponsored spots
Prices change often, so always confirm with the clinic and ask what’s included. Some clinics appear in a spot marked “Sponsored,” and it’s always labelled.
How we order clinics
Every list of clinics on this site, on a city page, a health goal guide or a test page, follows the same order:
- Gold clinics, first, in a spot labeled Sponsored.
- Clinics on a paid plan.
- Clinics that have claimed their free profile.
- Clinics with a photo on their listing.
- All other clinics.
Within each group, clinics with a photo come first, then we list them A to Z by name. Paying changes where a clinic appears in a list. It never changes what we write about the clinic.
Our guides
We don’t rate clinics or judge the quality of their care. Our Learn articles explain tests and treatments in plain English, based on health agencies, medical societies and published research. Every article lists its sources.
Not medical advice
Everything here is meant to help you learn and explore your options. It doesn’t replace a conversation with a doctor who knows your history.
