HealthBridge
HealthBridge is a concierge primary care practice in Lake Success with four physicians, led by founder and medical director David G. Edelson, MD, FACP. Membership covers an annual wellness exam and executive physical, lab testing and preventive screenings, telemedicine and house calls. A registered dietitian and a personal trainer are on the team, and members reach Galleri and Prenuvo through the practice.
